LARGE MADONNA and CHILD MEDAL:  A rare and beautiful round medal imaging a traditional Madonna holding the Christ Child. It appears to be Italian in origin, possibly from a master painting of the 1500s. Truly magnificent and well defined, features are especially lovely along with the compassion shown between the two.
