EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS
Returns are accepted 30 Days of receipt of your order.
For Credit: Return will be made to your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.
For Exchange: Please contact us and let us know your exchange preference.

- a return self-addressed stamped envelope may or may not be sent for your exchange, ONLY if it was something that was our fault. (If, it happens that you just do not like your item and you changed your mind and would like to exchange it, you will be responsible for sending it back to us and the cost will be your responsibility).
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
Notification due within 7 days of receipt. A return label will be sent to you for your convenience in shipping back to us.
Over 30 days – Exchanged or Returned items will be subject to a $10 (Restock Fee) if over $100, or 10% of total.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- SALE ITEMS (non-returnable and non-refundable)
- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (non- returnable)
- SHIPPING (non-refundable unless our mistake)
