A WEDDING CROSS – BYZANTINE ‘ENCOLPION’ (Gr. egkolpion, that which is worn on the breast) – also called the ‘DAGMAR CROSS’ (Queen Dagmar, pronounced ‘Dowmer’ – Markéta of Bohemia).
