HEART of the MOTHER VI:

BEADS: 12mm Cloisonne. Cloisonne is a handmade process that creates little designs on the surface of beads, vases and works of art.  Small “divider walls” are soldered to a metal surface in various designs. The purpose of these little retainers is to hold colors of enamel so they will not run into one another! When the enamel is applied, the design becomes visible. Flowers and other natural forms are popular along with scenes for more elaborate designs.
