LOURDES / IMMACULATE CONCEPTION MEDAL: A rare and beautiful find, one side shows Mary in prayer and surrrounded in prayer: JE SUIS L’IMMACULÉE CONCEPTION. Translated: “I am the Immaculate Conception”. The reverse is of Bernadette kneeling in the grotto in front of Mary.
