Showing Mary and Child on one side, with the words around her in Spanish, “ARCHICOFRADIA DE LA ADORACION REAL PERPETUAL UNIVERSAL DEL SS mo SACRAMENTO”. Translated: “ARCHICOFRADIA OF THE UNIVERSAL ROYAL PERPETUAL ADORATION OF THE HOLY SACRAMENT”.  Below her feet are word in Latin, “ADOREMUS IN AETERNUM SANCTISSIMUM SACRAMENTUM”. Translated: “LET US ADORE IN THE MOST HOLY ETERNAL SACRAMENT”.

REVERSE: Five men are knealing at the base of the crucifixion, representing 5 continents Africa, Orient, Europe, North and South America, representing people from around the world, surrounded by heavenly angels. The words around the edge of the medal in Spanish, “QUIERO SER ADORADO DE TODOS LOS HOMBRES”. Translated: “I WANT TO BE WORSHIPED BY ALL MEN”.
