RISEN CHRIST MEDAL (CROSS) : A very beautiful Risen Christ cross from Bavaria. 1950s or earlier. Post WWII Germany became a leader in beautiful liturgical art from architecture in the rebuilding and restoration of their churches to small medals like the one shown here.

ABOUT OUR MEDALS: All medals on our site are hand cast in sterling silver or solid bronze from antiques and vintage pieces then antiqued to restore original patina.
