PATER BEADS:Another rare find – baroque pearls! Could not leave them behind. Because of their natural form, each end is individually shaped, so, as we have before, the filigree caps are different, depending on the shapes of the ends. It works! And gives a very special look to the whole design.

CRUCIFIX:  ART NOUVEAU – Europe / late19c – (3 in.)

Rosary is made in the traditional “all one loop” design without a center piece.

MORE ABOUT BAROQUE PEARLS: May be either natural or cultured but known for their natural, irregular shape, often lumpy, pinched or nugget in appearance. Formed like all pearls by a tiny object being caught in bi-valve shell and covered by layers of nacre over time.

ABOUT OUR MEDALS: All crucifixes, crosses, centers and medals are hand cast from antiques and vintage pieces in sterling silver and solid bronze then antiqued to restore original patina.
