A traditional Guadalupe chaplet with its 4 sets of 3 beads divided by a larger bead. Her 4 apparitions (to Juan Diego in 1531) are represented by the first 4 pendant beads. The heavens and sky above had looked over the great Aztec temples of holocaust – knowing soon, she would come to overcome the idols of evil. (It had housed idols of turquoise and coral)
